Return And Exchange Policy

  • We offer 3 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery and a further 7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. 

  • Product can be returned only by self courier by customer, we will not be able to provide reverse pick up for reasons like size, quality or did not like. 

  • For COD orders, a coupon code will be provided in the span of 7 working days from the day of we receive product on your registered e-mail address/contact number.

  • Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.

  • Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE.

  • Payments made with COD option WILL RECEIVE A COUPON CODE WORTH THE SAME AS YOUR ORDER VALUE WHICH IS VALID FOR 1 YEAR FROM THE DATE OF ISSUANCE OF THE COUPON CODE.

  • Shipping Charges/COD Charges are Non-Refundable

  • Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Once a product is exchanged and is delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund would be applicable on that order.

  • For partial paid order, if the customer refused to accept the order at the time of delivery, the pre-made payment will be non-refundable.
