Cancellation Policy

Wear Classy allows customers to cancel their orders to some extent.

Cancellation: If customer ordered product as registered user, he/she can cancel the order online by logging into his/her account at website. Customer will find the option for cancelling order in “My Orders”. Cancelling order online is possible only before the product is shipped from. If customer ordered as guest user, he/she can request for cancel the order by just dropping an e-mail at wearclassy78@gmail.com. Customers need to mention order ID in their request.

Cancellation of “shipped” orders: Shipped order can not be cancelled from our side. In the case you can ask the delivery boy to send it back at the time he comes at your place.

Refund: Your entire order amount will be refunded in case of prepaid order cancellation before shipping. If the cancellation request is made after shipping the product, refund is processed upon receiving originally ordered item back from the courier. Refund will be credited into your bank account within 5 business days.

Note: The shipping charges are non-refundable.

                                   REFUNDS Policy

Any items purchased during a BOGO Sale (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or any such promotions wherein free products or free store credits are included, such orders will not be eligible for any returns but exchanges only.

 

In case your pincode is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you'll have to courier the product(s) to the following address:      WEAR CLASSY WAREHOUSE, Gautam Bhawan, House no. 117, Anand Colony, behind PG College, Somnath,  Dausa, Rajasthan 303303.

Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), the complete amount will be refunded to your bank account in case of prepaid and in the form of coupon code in case of COD.

 

PLEASE NOTE: We request that you do not use The Professional Couriers for self return as they are not reliable and the package will not be accepted at the warehouse. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India

Bank account details provided by the customer would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand.

The customer will be under an obligation to take utmost care of the product(s) whilst the  products are in their possession. This includes all of the product(s) instructions, documents and wrappings while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.

 

In circumstances where the customer feels that the product does not conform to the standards at the time of delivery, they shall promptly contact us via our whatsapp with details of the product and its damage within 1 day of receiving the products; whereon, the customers will receive instructions from us.

 

Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the day, we confirmed the customer via whatsapp  that they are entitled to a refund.
